What is Red Nose Day?

SIDS and Kids Queensland is a not-for-profit organisation that was formed in 1978 through the joint efforts of SIDS parents, Health Department workers and other interested people. SIDS is Sudden Infant Death Syndrome affects sadly each year over 4,300 babies and children die suddenly and unexpectedly from sudden infant death syndrome, stillbirth, fatal sleeping accidents and accidental death.

Over 50% of these deaths still have no known cause. SIDS and Kids works to change all this through the provision of education, bereavement support services and funding vital research into stillbirth, sudden infant death syndrome and safe sleeping practices.

To help and show your support for this worthy cause, you can now purchase Sids and Kids swim caps at the kiosk. You can wear them all year round and 100% of the sales will be donated to Sids and Kids Queensland.

We thank you for your support with this campaign.
